My weekly workout routine!

Monday:
CARDIO
whether it’s biking, walking, hiking, or running stairs. Try doing consecutive intervals—1 minute of walking, 1 minute of jogging, 1 minute of sprinting—to maximize your results in minimal time.



Tuesday: 
ARMS



Wednesday:
ABS AND OBLIQUES 


Thursday:
LOWER BODY


Friday:
Cardio

Saturday and Sunday Rest

A comprehensive workout routine, indeed! What I like about your routine is that it includes the needed exercises for the areas you wanted to work on the most. But did you know that a total workout routine should include cardio, muscle strenghtening, and balance? The boxes for the first two have been checked, but what about balance? I hope you look into it.

I have to agree with Jessica since your workout menu does tackle every important aspect of a human anatomy, why not add balance and conditioning routines? Working out regularly can keep a person healthy and physically fit even when he/she ages.
