Whats for dinner? Healthy Dinner, Chicken & Veggies

Chicken Breast & Veggies

What you will need:
Boneless Chicken Breast
(I serve 7people so I use about 8-10 for extra)
Garlic Powder, Pepper, Seasoning Salt & Salt
OLIVE OIL

Frozen Stir fry, I like to mix different kinds.

A couple 2% Slices of cheese

Place your chicken in a ziplock bag and pound it,this thins out the chicken breast
(if you didnt buy thin cuts)
Season one side of the chicken with pepper and garlic powder and the other side with salt and seasoning salt.
Rub in.
Heat some olive oil in a large frying pan/electric skillet
Place chicken in the pan and cook on low/medium heat.
Cook till no longer pink.
In another frying pan/skillet place your stir fry, heat through.
Place a few slices in your stir fry for added flavor
(Gotta love some cheese on your veggies)
Mix till melted.
Serve your chicken and veggies.

surely grilling the chicken is healthier and not mixing cheese into your vegetables. Frying chicken isn't healthy!!

These 2 comments must be from idiots...FRYING is only unhealthy if you are breading it and then deep frying it in vegetable oil for example. Cooking boneless, skinless chicken in a pan with a little OLIVE OIL (not deep frying) is perfectly fine and it is healthy...There is a major difference. The chicken plus the veggies is healthy...adding one slice of cheese epecially if it is a fat free or low fat cheese is ok if you dont over do it and the rest of the meal is healthy.

pasteurized prepared cheese IS processed cheese...AND is NOT healthy. Frozen veggies are not as healthy as FRESH veggies. And putting the processed cheese in the frozen veggie is absolutely NOT healthy. I am a nutritionist and the comments:

"just made a healthy idea into an unhealthy one. cheese really? and frying something? bake or grill the chicken. i thought you were on a diet"

AND

"surely grilling the chicken is healthier and not mixing cheese into your vegetables. Frying chicken isn't healthy!!"

ARE IN FACT CORRECT. You should stay away from prepackaged foods, eat more fresh fruits and vegetables, and YES, baking or grilling your chicken is MUCH MORE healthy than frying. FYI
